On Saturday, the Houston Astros will continue their series with the San Diego Padres in California.

They are coming off a 6-3 victory on Friday.

Also on Friday, news came out that Chris Devenski had elected free agency from the Pittsburgh Pirates.

MLB.com wrote (on August 7): “RHP Chris Devenski elected free agency.”

Devenski only appeared in three games for the Pirates.
