Manchester United look to end a five-game slide today, when they welcome Norwich to Old Trafford.
After a strong run of defensive form United have slipped, losing in Champions League to Wolfsburg and then to Bournemouth the following weekend. Patience is running thin for Louis van Gaal, who has been forced to start several younger players due to injuries. At least one star, Wayne Rooney, is ready to return to the squad today.
United has struggled, but the cure is to return to Old Trafford. United is the only BPL to remain unbeaten at home this season, and they’ve conceded just one goal in their last nine home league matches. They’ve slipped down to fourth in the league table, and have won just two league matches since October 17th.
