Thomas Rawls is out for the season after suffering a high ankle sprain against the Ravens in the first quarter. It is diffcult news for Seahawks fans and fantasy owners that Rawls helped send to the playoffs.

The question now is who will get the carries for the Seahawks DeJuan Harris and Fred Jackson got the workload after Rawls left the game.

Pete Carroll said after the game there is no timetable for the return of Marshawn Lynch.

The Seahawks could look for to add another back this week in free agency. Harris received the majority of carries in Rawls’ absence with 18 rushes against the Ravens. He did not look particularly effective with just 42 total yards. That equates to 2.3 yards per carry and his longest run was for 6 yards.

Harris is still worth a look in fantasy leagues, especially if the Seahawks do not add anyone this week through free agency.
