The Chicago Cubs continue their hot streak and lead the majors in wins this season. Aside from the Cubs, the Detroit Tigers have been on a hot streak of their own as they continue to move up Heavy's power rankings after being on the outside looking in just a few weeks ago. The Washington Nationals and Texas Rangers are also playing their best as the summer comes to an end. Meanwhile, the San Francisco Giants are heading in the opposite direction after spending weeks atop the rankings.
