The Baltimore Ravens had to be feeling good heading into halftime during their Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans, leading 24-7. But they didn’t receive great news coming out of the locker room for the second half.

Baltimore got hit by the injury bug in the first half, and cornerback Marlon Humphrey left with a calf injury. The Ravens ruled him out for the rest of the game. Chidobe Awuzie took over for Humphrey.

Humphrey wasn’t the only Ravens player not to return from the half. Quarterback Lamar Jackson didn’t take the field at the start of the third quarter, as the Ravens listed him as questionable to return with an ankle injury.

Ravens Got a Huge Win

Even without Jackson or Humphrey in the second half, the Ravens still pulled off a 24-18 win. It was a good thing the Ravens scored 24 points in the first half because they didn’t find the scoreboard at all in the second half.

The Ravens now have a 3-1 record and will face two big games over the next two weeks. Baltimore will travel to play the Falcons for “Sunday Night Football” in Week 5, then take on the Cleveland Browns on the road in Week 6.

Cleveland and Baltimore are tied for the top of the AFC North, but the Browns would win the division title if the season ended this week. This is because they have a win over a division opponent, beating the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, while the Ravens have not yet played any AFC North team this season.

Jackson Seems to Be Day-to-Day

The Ravens will need Jackson back if they want to beat the Browns in two weeks, and head coach Jesse Minter shared some positive news after the game.

Minter said there were talks that Jackson might have been able to return to the game if needed, and it does seem like he is day-to-day.

Jackson had a nice first half, completing 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two scores while picking up 20 yards with his legs on two rushing attempts.

Jackson’s backup, Tyler Huntley, came in and completed eight of nine passes for 63 yards while picking up 16 rushing yards on four carries.
