Silva, Nedkov clash in China
A light heavyweight bout between Thiago Silva and Stanislav Nedkov is likely for “UFC on FUEL TV 6.”
Sherdog.com first reported news of the match up.
Silva last fought at the promotion’s first-ever event in Sweden against Alexander Gustafsson, losing to his fellow contender via unanimous decision. The bout was the Brazilian’s first since returning from his suspension.
Meanwhile, Nedkov last competed at UFC 134, earning a first round stoppage win against Luiz Cane.
“UFC on FUEL TV 6” is set for Macau on November 10. The event will be the promotion’s first in China and will be headlined by a middleweight contest between Rich Franklin and Cung Le.
