Beginning at 3 p.m. ET and running until the 9 p.m. ET start time of the second episode of the highly successful reality series, six episodes of “UFC Unleashed” will air. Fights that will be shown include Mauricio “Shogun” Rua vs. Chuck Liddell, Jason MacDonald vs. Nate Quarry, and Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir.
Spike TV and the UFC began what has become a very successful relationship back in 2005 with the first season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” Since then, the UFC has become more and more prominent in the network’s programming schedule. “UFC Unleashed,” which is a one-hour long show featuring several prominent fights, is currently in its seventh season and has proved successful for both the UFC and Spike.
Spike TV will air six hours of "UFC Unleashed" this Wednesday leading up to the second episode of "The Ultimate Fighter: Team Lesnar vs. Team Dos Santos."
