UFC 133 Fight Card: Natal vs. Fukuda Likely For August

Fukuda vs. Natal rumored for  UFC 133

UFC 133 is starting to come together, as Riki Fukuda vs. Rafael Natal is allegedly in the card for the August event.

Tatame.com first reported the match up.

Fukuda lost a very controversial decision to “Ultimate Fighter” veteran Nick Ring at UFC 127, snapping a lengthy winning streak. The bout was his UFC debut and the first big fight since he defeated Murilo Rua in DREAM in April of 2009.

Natal, however, may be in need of a win in a bigger way than his opponent, considering he has not picked up a victory in his last two contests. At UFC 124 he fought to a draw against Jesse Bongfeldt, while at “UFC Fight Night: Marquardt vs. Palhares,” Rich Attonito defeated him via unanimous decision.

The middleweight bout will take a slot on the evening’s preliminary card, which is likely for August 6 in Philadelphia. A 185 lb. contest between Jorge Rivera and Alessio Sakara is the most notable bout to make the card as of this point in time.
