Fuel TV prelims featured six live fights

The preliminary card of UFC on Fox: Evans vs. Davis, which was broadcast live on Fuel TV, drew 144,000 viewers Saturday night.

The amount is 4,000 fewer than the preliminary card of UFC on FX: Guillard vs. Miller, which took place earlier this month in Nashville, Tenn., and also was broadcast live on Fuel.

MMAjunkie.com reported the ratings today.

The UFC’s second card on Fox took place at the United Center in Chicago, and the preliminary card featured several impressive stoppages, including Lavar Johnson‘s knockout win over Joey Beltran, Charles Oliveira‘s early submission win over Eric Wisely, and Cub Swanson‘s second-round TKO of George Roop.

Oliveira and Johnson earned the Submission of the Night and Knockout of the Night, respectively. Fight of the Night honors went to Evan Dunham and Nik Lentz in a bout won by Dunham with a second-round TKO due to doctor stoppage.

The UFC returns to Fuel TV with a live main card Feb. 15. UFC on Fuel TV: Sanchez vs. Ellenberger features a welterweight contest between Jake Ellenberger and Diego Sanchez.
