Moira Tumas is a self-proclaimed “boy-crazy” girl since she got out of a long-term relationship. Ahead of the Love Island season two premiere on Monday, August 24 on CBS, here’s what you need to know about her.
She’s a Shopping Channel Model
Moira says in her CBS profile that she’s a shopping channel model who recently got out of an eight-year relationship because her ex wasn’t ready to settle down. This 28-year-old is on Love Island to find The One. She also appeared on a 2016 episode of Billions
As for her ideal mate, Moira says she’s “looking for a best friend to go on adventures with, but also relax and hang out together.” Her hobbies include yoga, tennis, anything artistic, and water activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, and water skiing.
Moira also says her celebrity crushes are Paul Rudd and Liam Hemsworth, and her self-written dating profile would read, “I’m carefree and love to dance. Looking for a person where we can tolerate each other for the next 80 years.”
Moira Admits She’s Boy-Crazy
In her video interview, Moira says she is “always crazy” but has gotten even more “boy-crazy since [her] breakup.”
“When a hot guy approaches me, I literally can’t contain myself … I have no game, I have no chill, I just tell ’em you’re hot, let’s hang out, let’s get each other’s number, let’s get married, let’s have kids, where do you want to live?” says Moira with a laugh.
“I just love guys so much. When I find the guy on Love Island, I’m literally already thinking about our future and I haven’t even met them yet. I am so ready for a relationship. Like so ready,” she adds.
The Love Island Format & App
The romance begins when a group of single “Islanders” are thrown together in a villa on top of Caesars Entertainment’s boutique hotel, The Cromwell in Las Vegas. They will be embarking on a journey of dating, romance and ultimately relationships. Every few days the Islanders have to pair up, and those who are not coupled up are at risk of being “dumped” from the island. Challenges abound with intriguing new islanders arriving and dramatic twists at every turn.
In addition to choosing their partners wisely, Islanders must also win the hearts of viewers who have the opportunity to shape events on screen and ultimately crown one lucky couple the winner, who will then have the chance to walk away with both love and the cash prize.
Fans can truly immerse themselves in the experience by using the Love Island app for around-the-clock content, messages, and all the gossip from inside the villa. Users get a say in who is hot and who is not, can stir things up by deciding who stays and who goes packing, and will receive exclusive updates straight to the palm of their hand. The app is available on Android and iOS.
Love Island airs every night at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS, with a two-hour weekly recap show airing Saturdays from 8 p.m. to 10 pm. ET/PT.
