The Seattle Seahawks are starting to look like a team that has played in the last two Super Bowl.

The reigning NFC champions have flipped some sort of metaphorical switch in the last few weeks and come into their Week 14 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens not just rolling, but riding a three-game win streak that has been nothing short of dominant. And the odds this weekend prove it.

Seattle comes into the 1 p.m. kickoff as almost ridiculous 11.5-point favorites on the road according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. This, of course, does make at least a bit of sense.

The Seahawks are coming off a 38-7 beat-down of the Minnesota Vikings, while Baltimore dropped another close one with a 15-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins last week. The Ravens are still battling their injury plagued season and there have even been reports that Matt Schaub and Jimmy Clausen will split time under center after Schaub suffered some fairly hard hits last Sunday.

Baltimore’s season has been a microcosm of disappointment, becoming the first team in NFL history to have their first 12 games decided by eight points or fewer. The Ravens eight losses are by a total of 34 points and that’s why the team is 3-7-2 ATS in its last 12 games.

History doesn’t help the Ravens very much either. Baltimore is 3-6-1 ATS in its last 10 games against Seattle and a less-than-ideal 0-4-1 ATS in its last five games at home. On the flip side, Seattle is 5-1 SU in its last six games and 6-3 SU in its last six games on the road.

The total for Sunday afternoon’s Seattle and Baltimore tilt is set at 42.5 points according to the sportsbooks. The total has gone OVER in four of Seattles last five games against Baltimore, but the total has gone UNDER in four of the Ravens last six games.

The OddsShark computer is predicting a 28.4 – 12.5 Seattle victory.
