Fantasy Basketball Sleepers 2016: Best Players to Draft

Before diving into fantasy basketball sleepers for the 2016-17 campaign, it's important to define the term. "Sleeper" has a different meaning depending on who you ask. It could mean a young player who you think will have a breakout season, no matter where they're being drafted. It could mean any player--young or old--who you think will return value based on their draft position. Or it could only refer to late-round draft picks who can give you a huge return on investment.
