Conference Tournament Semifinals And Championship Games
As the conference tournaments come to a close this weekend, many of the championship games will be on Saturday. Specifically for the Big 12, ACC, Big East, MAC, and a few other college basketball conferences.
However, there will be more college basketball games on tomorrow, as the Big Ten, SEC, Ivy League, Atlantic 10, and American Conferences will each hold their championship games on Sunday, March 15.
There have already been many teams winning their conference tournaments and punching their ticket into the main event NCAA March Madness Tournament, set to start next week and go into early April.
However, the official brackets and seeding for each of the 68 teams in the tournament have yet to be released. In the hours after the conclusion of the Big Ten championship game on Sunday, set to be played at 3:30 pm EST on CBS, the NCAA will release the bracket for the March Madness tournament on Selection Sunday at 6 pm EST on CBS.
The conference tournaments have already given major excitement and storylines like the cinderella run for Ole Miss in the SEC, previously-undefeated Miami (OH) losing in the first round of the MAC Tournament, and a bunch of other notable buzzer-beaters and upsets.
But as the conference tournaments come to a close, the madness will only continue as the NCAA tournament begins next week.
