Underdog NBA: “Jamal Murray in Game 6 loss at Wolves: 12 PTS 4-17 FG 0-2 3PT -18 rating No other Nugget was worse than -9.”
Anthony Slater: “Tough series for the entirety of the Nuggets roster. Nikola Jokic’s inefficient first four games (39% FG) put them in a hole. Jamal Murray struggled to score vs McDaniels all series (46-of-139 FG). Both wings (Watson/Gordon) injured. Leftover role guys didn’t do enough.”
Nuggets Lead: “Man…can’t believe Jamal Murray’s first All Star season ended like that Really thought this year was gonna be special 😔”
Esfandiar Baraheni: “Unfortunately a disastrous game from Jamal Murray.”
Nate Jones: “What Jaden McDaniels has done to Jamal Murray on both sides of the ball tonight needs to be reported as abuse.”
James Merilatt: “Jamal Murray is 3-for-11 in the first half. Just getting manhandled. This Nuggets duo just can’t handle the Wolves pressure.”
