Caitlin Rance attempted to set the record straight after reports surfaced that she was hanging out with Dak Prescott.
Rance took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday, May 16, to let the world know that she is indeed single. Moreover, Rance said that she had an active profile on Raya, suggesting that she’s open to finding someone. However, she deleted the post less than 24 hours later.
Her comment—and subsequent deletion—came hours after TMZ reported that she was with the Dallas Cowboys quarterback at a Pro Bull Riders event in Fort Worth, Texas, on Friday, May 15. The outlet reached out to Rance, who handed the phone over to Prescott. The newly single father of two said that he and Rance have been friends for years and said there was nothing romantic going on between them.
Caitlin Rance Was Supposed to Be a Bridesmaid in Dak Prescott & Sarah Ramos’ Wedding
Prescott and his ex, Sarah Ramos, started dating in 2023. The two were planning to tie the knot in Italy in April, but they called off their engagement just one month before their wedding date.
“As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday, April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,” an email sent to wedding guests read, according to TMZ Sports. “We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers.”
Rance was one of Ramos’ bridesmaids. It’s unknown if she and Ramos are still friends, however, as she didn’t mention anything about Ramos in her post about her relationship status. Moreover, she doesn’t appear to be following Ramos on Instagram, but she is following Prescott.
Sarah Ramos May Have Responded to the Rumors About Dak Prescott & Caitlin Rance
Ramos hasn’t spoken out publicly about ending her engagement. In early March, TMZ Sports reported that the then-couple had a “blowup argument” at their joint bachelor/ette parties, ultimately causing their split. However, additional details about why the two ended things and what exactly happened weren’t publicly shared.
Now, a possible cryptic post from Ramos is causing even more confusion.
Despite TMZ reporting that their source said that Prescott and Ramos looked like more than just friends, both parties are making it clear that they aren’t an item. But on Saturday, May 16, Ramos took to her Instagram Stories to share a screenshot of Drake’s “Firm Friends” on Spotify. “Scorpio king,” she captioned the post, adding the pinching hand emoji.
Worth noting, Ramos still has photos of Prescott on her Instagram feed. The two are co-parenting their daughters, MJ and Aurora.
