Oliver finished the 2024 regular season with 22 catches for 258 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games. Oliver set career highs in receiving yards and touchdowns while matching his career-best 2023 totals exactly in targets and receptions. He caught his only target for five yards in Minnesota's playoff loss to the Rams. Oliver's blocking prowess earned him a steady role, and he played at least 46 percent of offensive snaps in all 15 regular-season appearances -- even after top tight end T.J. Hockenson returned from a knee injury in Week 9. Oliver remains under contract with the Vikings in 2025, albeit at an inflated $9.42 million cap hit.
Powell finished the 2024 regular season with seven catches for 71 yards on 10 targets in 17 games. He added 23 punt returns for 164 yards. Powell didn't see much involvement on offense, taking a step back after posting a career-high 324 receiving yards with the Vikings in 2023. He worked as the team's primary punt returner during the regular season and added one punt return for no gain in Minnesota's 27-9 loss to the Rams in the wild-card round of the playoffs. The 29-year-old wide receiver is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
Sherfield finished the 2024 regular season with eight catches for 83 yards and one touchdown on nine targets. He also had eight tackles (seven solo) in 17 games. Sherfield saw minimal involvement on offense as a depth option at wide receiver but he played consistently on special teams. After failing to record multiple catches in any game during the regular season, he did so in Minnesota's 27-9 loss to the Rams in the wild-card round, securing two of three targets for eight yards. Sherfield will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
Nailor secured 28 of 42 targets for 414 yards and six touchdowns across 17 regular-season appearances with the Vikings in 2024. He also rushed three times for minus-four yards and lost one fumble. Nailor also secured three of five targets for 33 yards during Minnesota's wild-card round loss to the Rams. The 2022 sixth-round pick set new career-high marks across the board in his third season with the Vikings, stepping up as the team's No. 3 receiver behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. He's now heading into the final year of his rookie deal with Minnesota.
Ward logged 10 tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks, one pass defense and one fumble recovery across 17 regular-season games in 2024. Ward signed a one-year, $1.79 million contract with the Vikings in March of 2024 after spending the last two seasons with the Giants. The 2016 second-round pick out of Illinois played a mostly rotational role at defensive end, and his 10 combined tackles were his lowest output since the 2019 campaign (seven tackles across 14 regular-season games). Ward enters the offseason as an unrestricted free agent and will look to catch on with a team in need of a veteran defensive end.
Grugier-Hill made 18 tackles (11 solo), three passes defensed and two interceptions across 17 regular-season appearances with Minnesota in 2024. Grugier-Hill contributed as a reserve linebacker throughout the entire 2024 campaign with the Vikings, though in the team's final four games (including a wild-card round playoff loss to the Rams), he was limited to work on special teams. The 30-year-old veteran will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
Redmond made 18 tackles (10 solo), including 1.0 sacks, across 13 regular-season appearances with the Vikings in 2024. He also had two passes defensed. Redmond, who missed his rookie season due to injury back in 2023, made his first career NFL appearances with Minnesota in 2024. As a pending exclusive-rights free agent, Redmond won't be able to negotiate with other clubs if the Vikings offer him a one-year contract at the league minimum salary.
