Just yesterday New England Patriots‘ star wide receiver Stefon Diggs‘ girlfriend, super star rapper and high profile celebrity Cardi B, announced some massive news during an appearance on CBS Mornings.
I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi B told anchor Gayle King in an interview on CBS Mornings.
Her appearance then shifted to a full on interview explaining how her and Diggs’ are preparing to welcome a new life to this world.
“I’m actually very, I’m excited. I’m happy,” she said. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work — but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
Up until Thursday morning, Diggs had remained quiet on the topic. No posts of his own on social media, no reposts or likes regarding the news.
However, this silence was broken when reporters surrounded his locker on Thursday. His response was not what you’d assume to hear from an expecting father…
“Stefon, are the baby rumors true?” a reporter asked.
“The who?” Diggs responds.
“The baby rumors,” the reporter persists.
“Who is that?” Diggs asks again.
“Oh my personal life?” the receiver says finally conceding. “I told you about that, we don’t talk too much about my personal life. But I heard about it.”
“Baby rumors true?”
“I won’t talk too much about my personal life but I heard about it.”

This Will Be Diggs’ Second Child
Stefon Diggs has been a proud girl dad since entering the league. Though he has never revealed the identity of his baby’s mother, he has made numerous public appearances with his daughter Nova, who will turn nine next month.
Diggs is also currently involved in a dispute with an internet personality. The woman says the high profile wide receiver is the father of her child, even though he refutes. She gave birth to the newborn in April of this year, and according to the US Sun, she gave the child his last name.
No legal agreement has been reached at this point, and Diggs has declined comment on all occasions.
If the off the field drama was a distraction, you wouldn’t know it. Through two games with his new team Diggs has the second most receiving yards with ten catches on twelve targets. Fresh off an ACL tear at the age of 31, this is a respectable stat sheet early in the season.
Cardi B Becomes A Mother Of Four
Cardi B has been involved in some very high profile relationships. From reality TV stars to rappers, she is no stranger to the limelight. As such, her pregnancy news has made headlines.
She’s handling it all the right ways in the eyes of Patriots fans. Using this moment to shed some light on how much she appreciates the work ethic of her boyfriend.
“Creatively, it’s a little different because we do different jobs, but personally, I’ll never complain about my job,” she told Billboard. “One thing I’ve been learning is to be more organized, not complain, because he has two different things: He has to learn his (playbook), so not only do you have to study, you always have to get physical, and you have to be in bed at a certain time. (It’s like) you’re literally in the military.
“You like really work hard. It’s like, I work hard, but I can take a little break. I can lay back, you know what I’m saying? I don’t have to be running, running, running, but it’s very inspirational to see how hard somebody works. It’s like, wow, you should be proud of yourself.”
