Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Chiefs, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports. Brown upgraded to a limited session Friday after opening Buffalo's week of practice with consecutive DNPs, so it appears he's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's matchup. However, if the Northern Iowa product is unable to play through his ankle injury in Week 11, expect Ryan Van Demark to serve as the Bills' top right tackle.
Head coach Sean McDermott confirmed Friday that Coleman (wrist) won't play Sunday against the Chiefs, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports. Coleman thus will target a potential return to action Sunday, Dec. 1 against the 49ers following the Bills' Week 12 bye, as will tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee). While the team will be without two key pass catchers versus Kansas City, on the plus side wideout Amari Cooper (questionable, wrist) has a chance to return from a two-game absence this weekend. In nine games to date, Coleman has hauled in 22 of his 36 targets for 417 yards and three TDs.
Cooper (wrist) will be limited in Friday's practice and listed as questionable for Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET game against the Chiefs, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports. Cooper has missed the Bills' last two games, but his ability to practice all week -- albeit in a limited fashion -- gives him a chance to return to action this weekend. If Cooper is available versus Kansas City, he'd provide a significant boost to a Buffalo wideout corps that will be without Keon Coleman (wrist). Look for added context regarding Cooper's Week 11 status to arrive late Saturday or early Sunday, when national reporters such as NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter post their weekly pre-game injury updates.
Milano (biceps) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Milano was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, opening his 21-day practice window, but he was never expected to play versus Kansas City. Buffalo has a Week 12 bye, so a Week 13 return against San Francisco makes more sense for the Buffalo linebacker.
With Dalton Kincaid (knee) ruled out for Week 11 against the Chiefs, Knox is expected to take on an elevated role Sunday. With Kincaid dealing with the injury last Sunday against the Colts, Knox played a season-high 70 percent of the offensive snaps and matched his season bests in targets (three) and catches en route to a 2-40-0 receiving line. Knox doesn't have much upside in terms of catches and yards, but he's a trusted red-zone weapon for Josh Allen and is worthy of consideration at tight end for needy fantasy players.

If Cooper is indeed able to face Kansas City, his availability would provide a major boost to a Buffalo pass-catching corps that will be without wideout Keon Coleman (wrist), and possibly tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee).
