Popular author and journalist Ronald Kessler will release a bombshell in his new book: a blond one. In the upcoming The First Family Detail: Secret Service Agents Reveal the Hidden Lives of Presidents, Kessler alleges that Bill Clinton, after his presidency, had a mistress whom the first lady called “Energizer.”
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Kessler Writes She Was a Regular at the Clinton’s Home
The book alleges that the unnamed blond woman visited the president so often the Secret Service gave her the unofficial nickname “Energizer.” Richard Johnson of the New York Post, who says he has seen excerpts of the book, says Energizer would often arrive at the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua, Westchester County, sometimes only minutes after Hillary had left.
The agents were reportedly told, “You don’t stop her, you don’t don’t approach her, you just let her go in.” Although, the friendly woman sometimes brought cookies to the agents on duty.
2. A Secret Service Agent Says She Had Breast Implants
According to the New York Post, one Secret Service agent being interviewed for the book said that “Energizer” was perhaps overly well-endowed. He said:
It was a warm day, and she was wearing a low-cut tank top, and as she leaned over, her breasts were very exposed. They appeared to be very perky and very new and full. … There was no doubt in my mind they were enhanced.
3. One Agent Says Hillary Clinton Is Awful to Work With
According to thePost, Secret Service agents hated working with Hillary Clinton. In his book, Kessler writes that Clinton is not just hostile and dismissive of Secret Service agents, but also of military officers in general:
Because she is so nasty to agents and hostile to law enforcement officers and military officers in general, agents consider being assigned to her detail a form of punishment.
4. Clinton Previously Admitted to Sexual Relations With Two Other Women
Although there have been a number of publicized allegations of sexual encounters with Bill Clinton, the former president has only admitted to two of them. In 1998, Clinton admitted to having a sexual relationship with model Gennifer Flowers while he was the governor of Arkansas.
After months of denial, Clinton also admitted to having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky, a college student interning at the White House.
5. Kessler Broke the Story About Obama Secret Service Agents Hiring Prostitutes
In 2012, a number of Secret Service agents were sent home from Colombia amid accusations that the 11 agents hired prostitutes. The Washington Post first reported the story after Kessler stumbled upon the story while researching for his book and gave the tip to the Post.
