Samantha Schacher is listed as the plaintiff in a bizarre, hoax lawsuit against the Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel. The motion has been filed in Florida. Along with some other outrageous claims, it states:
On Christmas Eve, 2013, Johnny Manziel sent me a Instagram photo of himself naked to me Facebook with Manziel putting a hotdog bun between his penis, smiling, calling me ‘Ho, Ho, Ho…’
The lawsuit adds that Manziel refers to his penis as a “Vienna sausage.”
Here’s what you need to know:
1. The Lawsuit Claims Manziel is Planning to Get Penis Enlargement
In the lawsuit it states:
Manziel told me if I don’t want him because his penis is small, when he gets drafted by the NFL he will get a penis enlargement and he’ll be Long John Silvers.
You can read the whole thing here:
Some other highlights include the allegation that:
Manziel sent me a homemade video of himself at Walt Disney World on “It’s a Small World” ride in the Magic Kingdom, and while the song is on, he puts the camera down unbottons his pants, pulls his penis out and jingles his penis to the music. ESPN ownes Disney and ESPN promotes Manziel, knowing he did in “It’s a Small World.”
Manziel keeps prank calling me with some 1990s song ‘Don’t Want No Short Man, Eenie, Weenie Little Srivel Short Man,” which is disgusting.
2. It Sounds Like a Prank
It’s likely that Samantha Schacher is a pseudonym. he address on the lawsuit is for CNN’s Atlanta headquarters, where a Samantha Schacher works for HLN on the Dr. Drew show. According to Mediaite, HLN have confirmed that the lawsuit was not filed by Schacher. TMZ further reports that Schacher has never even met Manziel. She added:
It’s absolutely 100% bogus and a hoax. It’s a shame you’re taking advantage of the legal system. You’re playing with people’s reputations and careers and it’s hurtful.

3. Manziel’s Agent Has Commented
Manziel’s agent has tweeted about the lawsuit:
This joke "lawsuit" is obviously 1000000% fake and/ or frivolous. Embarrassing I even have say this after reading the nonsense.

According to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport, whoever filed the suit is a “frequent filer.”
4. The Suit Alleges that Manziel Cheated on College Exams
Schacher is said to be seeking damages of $25 million because she “scared to death.” The lawsuit, which is littered with errors, states “Affluence can buy you freedom.” It also alleges that Manziel told Schacher that he cheated on his college exams.
5. Maybe the Patriots Were Right About Manziel
Manziel has just been drafted to the Cleveland Browns in the NFL and is training for his rookie season. I’m sure the Browns don’t want this kind of publicity for their new prized asset. Don’t forget, a leaked Patriots memo detailed the reasons Manziel wouldn’t be a good fit at their organization. The reasons stated were mainly down to his personal life.
