Thousands of Seattle residents took place in protests against President-Elect Donald Trump on Monday, November 14th, nearly a week after Election Day. In particular, about 5,000 students from Seattle public schools participated in planned walkouts, including in Edmonds Woodway High School, Renton High School, Interlake High School, and Foster High School, according to KIRO 7. The protests grew as the day went on, attracting non-student demonstrators, and eventually two adult men were arrested for allegedly assaulting police officers.
