Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy isn’t saying much this offseason — but he’s clearly sending a message.

Cleveland entered last season expecting Jeudy to operate as the No. 1 receiver after he earned Pro Bowl honors the year prior. Instead, his production dipped sharply. Jeudy finished the year with 50 catches for 602 yards and two touchdowns, never quite finding a consistent rhythm in an offense that used three different starting quarterbacks.

His frustration showed. Jeudy was caught in a tense sideline exchange with quarterback Shedeur Sanders, and later raised eyebrows with a blunt, one-word answer press conference. After the season, Jeudy acknowledged the disappointment in a reflective social media post.

“Some seasons teach more than they give,” Jeudy wrote. “Thankful for the growth. Locked in for what’s ahead.”

He’s mostly stayed out of the spotlight since then — until Thursday. Jeudy went on a clip-posting spree via Instagram stories, digging deep into his archives to reshare highlights of crisp route running and catches from practices and games, including flashes from his years with the Denver Broncos. Only one post included words. It was short, direct, and very intentional.

“Run em,” Jeudy said.

Browns Make Feelings Clear on Jerry Jeudy

The clip spree from Jeudy comes after the Browns’ general manager, Andrew Berry, said the team will likely add pieces on offense, but also praised the pass-catchers they have on the roster.

“I think we can add all across the offense to be honest,” Berry said. “We’re really pleased with some of the younger players we have. Jerry [Jeudy] is gonna be a big part of it, and we’re pleased with Isaiah’s rookie year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t add to the arsenal. Malachi [Corley], he carved out a nice role. But we probably look at it more like global weapons and global pass catchers and Harold [Fannin Jr.] would be a part of that, obviously. Q is a weapon for us. You want to look at it as the overall infrastructure as opposed to one position.”

Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com shared earlier this offseason, following the hiring of Todd Monken, that the team plans to keep Jeudy around, despite his down year.

“Despite the rough year, Jeudy will be back with the Browns in 2026 with the expectation that he’ll rebound amid some quarterback stability,” Cabot said. “Jeudy has two years left on his three-year extension worth $17.5 million a year, but the Browns have an out after 2026, given that the dead cap charge for 2027 would only be about $7.15 million. Of course, that will be a moot point if Jeudy has the comeback year the Browns are hoping for.”

Browns Linked to Multiple Receiver Additions

The Browns have been linked to multiple wide receivers this offseason, including Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowler A.J. Brown. ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler suggested that the Browns could trade one of their first-round picks for Brown.

“They could use No. 6 on an offensive lineman and send No. 24 to the Eagles in exchange for Brown,” Fowler said. “This would immediately upgrade new head coach Todd Monken’s offense, giving the passing game a fighting chance alongside an already stout defense. Cleveland’s wide receiver room totaled just 1,467 receiving yards in 2025, worst in the NFL.”

USC receiver Makai Lemon and Arizona State’s Jordyn Tyson are receiver draft prospects who could be in the mix for Cleveland.
