NFL Games Today: This Weekend’s Playoff Football Schedule With Times, TV Channels

With much of the country in the midst of a winter storm, today makes for a perfect time to watch football with two NFL playoff games on TV for Sunday, January 25, 2026. There are no college football games remaining this season, but three NFL contests will take place bbefore the playoffs conclude.

The AFC Championship kicks things off as the Denver Broncos host the New England Patriots at 3 p.m. Eastern on CBS. To conclude Sunday’s schedule, the Seattle Seahawks take on the Los Angeles Rams at 6:30 p.m. Eastern on Fox.

All roads lead to the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 8, in San Francisco.

Only three NFL playoff games remain on this season’s schedule, including the Super Bowl. The winners of the NFC and AFC Championship games will square off in the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 8.

Super Bowl Odds 2026: The Seahawks Are the Favorites to Win the Championship

Sportsbooks expect the winner of the NFC Championship to eventually hoist the Super Bowl trophy. Heading into the conference championship matchups, the Seahawks sit as the favorite in the Super Bowl odds at +150, per FanDuel.

The Rams are a close second at +200. With Nix sidelined, the Broncos face the longest odds at +1100. The Patriots sit in third at +270.


The Broncos Passed on Signing a Marquee Free Agent Quarterback Amid Bo Nix’s Injury

Nix has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, even if Denver makes the postseason. With Nix sidelined, there had been some speculation that the Broncos could push to sign a marquee free agent.

Instead, Denver’s only move was to sign Ben DiNucci, but the veteran is likely to serve as the team’s third quarterback in the AFC Championship. The Broncos are showing confidence in Stidham.

“I have no doubt in my mind that Jarrett is gonna be ready to go play,” Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton emphasized ahead of the AFC Championship, per NFL.com. “If there’s a guy that prepares as well as Bo, it’s him.

“He goes in and knows the entire playbook. He knows everything that needs to be done for us to go out there and have success.”
