Ex-NFL Cheerleader Allegedly Grabs 12-Year-Old’s Penis

One day you’re a cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans, the next your grabbing a 12-year-old kid’s penis. Allegedly.

Forty-two-year-old Elizabeth Garner, who was an aging NFL cheerleader with the Titans until 2009, has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for rape of a child after she allegedly grabbed a boy’s penis and attempted to perform oral sex on him, TMZ reports.

garner mug shotGarner allegedly followed the boy to the bathroom at a party at the boy’s mother’s house in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and grabbed his penis, then tried to take off his shorts. The boy escaped and told his mother what happened, saying his assailant asked him if he’s ever been with a woman before.

When questioned by police, Garner admitted to following the boy but said she was drunk and thought he was a different man at the party. Because 12-year-old boys look a lot like full-grown adult males.

She was released on $30,000 bond, and maintains her innocence. She could face eight years in prison if found guilty, but that defense is rock solid, so I’m sure this will work out fine.
