The veteran corner from West Virginia has recorded 55 total tackles, including five passes defended, and one forced fumble over 13 appearances this season. His practice participation Thursday and Friday will likely offer the best insight into whether he can return in Week 16, when the Bills face the Patriots.

Allen felt discomfort in his throwing shoulder during the second half of Sunday's 48-42 win over Detroit, but he never left the game and was still attempting passes with Buffalo nursing a lead in the final minutes. He's in the midst of one of the best stretches of fantasy production ever seen from a quarterback, with at least one rushing touchdown in five consecutive games and multiple touchdown passes in each of the last three. The Patriots are unlikely to keep pace with the Bills in a shootout the way the Rams and Lions did the past two weeks, but Allen is still the top fantasy option at his position even if he's unlikely to approach his enormous volume from the last two games (71 pass attempts, 21 rushes, 854 total yards, 10 total touchdowns).
Samuel (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant after Wednesday's walk-through practice. Samuel injured his shoulder during Sunday's 48-42 win over Detroit and made an early exit in the fourth quarter. He got 27.8 percent snap share and 28.6 percent route share through the first three quarters, dropping back to the No. 5 receiver role with Keon Coleman returning from an elbow injury. An absence against the Patriots this Sunday wouldn't have much impact, apart from slightly boosting playing time projections for Buffalo's other wide receivers.

The 28-year-old Knox will likely continue to see his role decrease with the more dynamic Kincaid back in the mix. The veteran is best left out of fantasy lineups going forward with a Week 16 matchup against the Patriots on tap.

After scoring touchdowns in two straight games, Hollins was essentially a non-factor Sunday against the Lions. The wideout played 50 percent of the Bills' offensive snaps, but he was unable to do much with the three targets he saw come his way. In the four games rookie Keon Coleman missed with a wrist injury, the 31-year-old Hollins averaged roughly a 72 percent offensive snap share. With the return of Coleman to the lineup, the veteran's snap share took a hit, which will likely continue to be the case going forward. Hollins should remain off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 16 matchup against the Patriots.
Coleman caught one of his two targets for 64 yards in Sunday's 48-42 win over the Lions. In his first game back from a four-week absence due to a wrist injury, Coleman found himself leading all Buffalo wide receivers in playing time. The rookie wideout played 44 of the Bills' 70 offensive snaps Sunday, ahead of Khalil Shakir (41), Mack Hollins (35), Amari Cooper (32) and Curtis Samuel (19). Coleman has flashed his big-play potential before, and his 64-yard grab against Detroit was just another example of his ability to open things up for Buffalo's passing attack. The Florida State product will look to get even more involved down the stretch, starting with a Week 16 matchup against the Patriots.
