An 8-month-old baby girl in Houston was kidnapped from a gas station and abandoned in the woods by her kidnappers, cops said. After an Amber Alert was issued, a jogger in Houston discovered a baby identified as Genesis Haley alone in a car seat.

Here’s what you need to know about her:

1. Her Mother’s Car Was Stolen While She Was Inside

According to News 92 FM, Haley’s mother went inside a Texaco station in North Houston Sunday to pay for gas when she saw her car driving away with the baby inside. The car was unlocked and left running. It was found abandoned roughly one mile away from the gas station, but Haley was not there.

2. The Jogger Heard a Baby Crying and Found Genesis

According to Click2Houston, an unidentified jogger was running past a patch of brush when she heard a baby crying. She discovered a baby in a car seat, who police later identified as Genesis Haley. The Amber Alert issued for her has since been cancelled.

3. She Was Taken to the Hospital

According to KHOU, Haley was taken to the hospital in an ambulance at 8 a.m. to be checked for injuries. Cops say the baby looked OK initially.

4. The Car’s License Plates Were Removed

When cops found the green 2004 Saturn Ion Haley was strapped into, its license plates were missing and a few items were dumped outside the car.

5. Police Are Still Investigating

The Houston Police Department is still investigating Haley’s kidnapping. More details will be reported when they become available.
