Former professional wrestler Gatorwolf has been arrested in Florida on charges of child sex abuse, reports WTLV/WJXX. The Jacksonville sheriff’s department said that Gatorwolf handed himself over to authorities.

Cops believed that Gatorwolf, 56, was in the Jacksonville area because of family ties in the area. He also has family in Utah and Colorado, according to First Coast News.
2. He Knew the Mother of the Girl He’s Accused of Assaulting
Gatorwolf is accused of sexually assaulting a pre-teen girl over the past few months. According to the local sheriff’s department, he knew the girl and her mother, reports The Orlando Sentinel.
3. He Was Active in the WWE in the ’80s
According to WWE legend Bret Hart, Gatorwolf blew his shot at the big time when he forgot to do a pre-match war dance prior to a fight, which was key to his Native American character. Bret Hart writes that when Gatorwolf asked why he didn’t do the dance, Gatorwolf broke into tears and said “Oh no. I forgot.”
4. He’s a Promoter of MMA
Since 2007, Gatorwolf has been promoting toughman and MMA tournaments in Colorado. Gatorwolf has also worked in training aspiring professional wrestlers through Colorado and Wyoming, reports The Craig Daily Press.
