UFC 114 Draws 14,256 Attendees

UFC 114 officially drew 14,246 fans for a $3,730,125 live gate.

13,294 tickets were sold to fans, while 952 tickets were given away for free. Only 12 tickets remained unsold for the event, resulting in a sellout of the card featuring a main event grudge match between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rashad Evans.

Evans defeated Jackson by decision, earning a title shot at new light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in the process.

The UFC 114 gate is the fifth-largest gate for the company in MGM history. Leading the way is the UFC 66 bout between Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz, which earned $5,397,300 at the box office.
