With the Alabama product back at full health, he's expected to serve as Philadelphia's top left guard in Week 16.
Covey (neck) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders. Covey practiced in full all week but was still ruled out. He's simply fallen down the depth chart as the Eagles' sixth receiver behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Jahan Dotson, Johnny Wilson and Ainias Smith.
Huff (wrist) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders. Huff will miss his fifth consecutive contest Sunday. He was designated for return from injured reserve earlier this week, but Huff will have to wait at least another week before getting back into game action.
Brown (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Washington. He never appeared in real danger of missing the game, listed under knee/rest after a limited practice Thursday. Brown was limited again at Friday's practice but should be ready for his usual workload this Sunday as the Eagles look to clinch the NFC East.
Brown (knee) said Friday that he'll play Sunday at Washington, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports. As expected, given that the Eagles listed his injury as knee/rest after a limited practice Thursday. Brown wasn't on Wednesday's report and doesn't sound worried about his knee.
Dickerson (knee) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, though his injury was labeled as knee/rest. The offensive guard looks like he's trending toward playing in Sunday's showdown with the Commanders. Dickerson has started all 14 games for the Eagles in 2024, though he did suffer the knee injury during last week's win over the Steelers and leave the contest. If he's unable to suit up this week, Tyler Steen should see more snaps at left guard.
Brown (knee/rest) was limited in Thursday's practice. Brown was listed as a non-participant at Wednesday's walk-through due to rest, so having his knee included as a reason for practice restrictions one day later indicates his health is compromised somewhat. The wideout was on the receiving end of an apparent hip-drop tackle and was slow to get to his feet late in this past Sunday's win against the Steelers. With an injury now evident, Brown's status will be monitored in advance of Sunday's Week 16 road matchup versus the Commanders.
Smith registered four tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, during the Eagles' 27-13 win over the Steelers this past Sunday. Smith sacked Russell Wilson for a 10-yard loss late in the second quarter, which forced the Steelers to settle for a 49-yard field-goal attempt that was successfully converted by Chris Boswell. Smith is up to 5.5 sacks through 14 regular-season games, 3.0 of which have come over the Eagles' last five games. He'll look to add to that total against Jayden Daniels and the Commanders on Sunday.
