Just before the first Formula 1 race of the 2026 FIA F1 season begins in Melbourne, Australia, Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton made it a priority to spend some time alone together stateside at Lake Powell. This trip may very well have coincided with the sunset the pair were captured watching from the side of the road, as reported by Page Six and TMZ.
Both Kardashian and Hamilton shared photos from their time away together, each releasing their own digital stories post of an ombre sunset and incredible natural rock formations. Hamilton also shared a social media post of himself running while in Lake Powell ahead of the Australian Grand Prix on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The Formula 1 driver has always been very health-conscious and is known to prioritize his wellness, so it is fitting that he took time on his romantic getaway with Kim to go for a run out on the trails around Lake Powell.

The time that Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian spent together at Lake Powell comes just before the F1 driver is set to compete in the Australian Grand Prix to kick off the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship Season. It also coincides with Hamilton’s teammate on the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team, Charles Leclerc, tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend Alexandra Saint Mleux – now Alexandra Leclerc following an official name change – in a civil wedding ceremony in Monaco on February 28, 2026. Hamilton was not present at Leclerc’s wedding, but was instead photographed in Arizona with Kardashian at the time of his teammate’s nuptials.
