On the May 11, 2026 episode of WWE Raw, Jacob Fatu was supposed to acknowledge Roman Reigns after losing at Backlash.
However, Fatu was more unhinged than before and attacked Reigns, as well as The Usos, in the final segment of Monday’s show.
The Tribal Chief wasn’t convinced about Fatu would follow the stipulation of their contracts. Jey and Jimmy Uso were more optimistic about their cousin, but they were dead wrong.
The Samoan Werewolf went berserk in Knoxville, Tennessee, taking out Reigns, Jey and Jimmy. He first attacked Jey at Gorilla Position before assaulting Jimmy at the entrance ramp.
Fatu then brawled with Reigns, who initially got the upper hand, but the Tongan Death Grip was the difference-maker. The former United States Champion then put Reigns through the announce table with powerbomb.
Just when it looked like it was over, Fatu ended up hitting a running hip attack on The OTC and The Usos through the barricade to end the show.
What’s Next For Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu?

Following the attack on Roman Reigns and The Usos, Jacob Fatu hoisted the World Heavyweight Championship. He still wants the gold that would give him more money to feed his family.
But would WWE and Reigns give him a title shot? Fatu has put his hands on Raw general manager Adam Pearce a couple of times since Backlash. A suspension could be on the works, but The OTC would likely want his revenge in one way or another.
There are two major events remaining this month: Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23 and Clash in Italy on May 31.
SNME doesn’t have a marquee match yet, while Clash in Italy already has Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
However, there’s also a possibility that Reigns was written off from WWE television. He’s not advertised to appear after Clash in Italy, though it’s also too early for him to be out of storyline.
It’s going to be an interesting scenario heading into next week’s Raw live at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Matches Announced For Next Week’s WWE Raw

WWE announced a couple of matches for next week’s episode of Raw in Greensboro.
Paige and Brie Bella, who were taken out by Judgment Day on Monday, will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. Reigning Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan is expected to be in the corner of the challengers.
On the other hand, the Oba Femi Open Challenge is set to continue despite what happened on Raw. Adam Pearce announced that no WWE Superstars from the back wanted any part of the open challenge.
It forced The Ruler to grab Angel and Berto backstage for an impromptu 2-on-1 Handicap Match. Oba made it look easy and earned another impressive victory.
