Wrestlemania 42 will be held this weekend in Las Vegas, but some WWE stars aren’t waiting for the annual spectacle to throw hands.
During an appearance on It Is What It Is, an award-winning sports podcast hosted by rappers Cam’Ron and Mase, former tag team champion Jey Uso lashed out after comments made about he and his father’s legacy.
Uso, son of legendary wrestler Rikishi, took offense to Cam’Ron’s comments that he was a disappointing member of his family’s wrestling tree. Cam’Ron also called out his producer for inviting WrestleMania 42 Night 1 performers, whom he considers inferior to the Night 2 crew.
Offended by the remarks, Uso decided to leave the set before finishing his interview. Before exiting the studio, Uso attacked Cam’Ron, dragging the former lyricist across the desk and onto the floor.
While the incident was more than likely staged, it is no less shocking. Jey Uso is among the biggest babyfaces in the company. Though he’s no pushover, the tag team specialist is usually more mild-mannered.

For Cam’Ron, the viral scuffle with WWE star Jey Uso is his latest feud.
The New York-born rapper has previously argued with boxer Adrien Broner and Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo. During both incidents, threats of a fight were made.
This time, the unapologetic talk show host had to pay the piper for his comments.
In just a few hours, the viral brawl between Jey Uso and Cam has already drawn hundreds of thousands of views, with social media users weighing in.
“Jey Uso beating the s*** out of Cam wasn’t on my bingo card,” someone commented on X.
“He called him a Saturday night WrestleMania fighter. That’s all types of disrespect,” another added.
“Uso is strong as heck. Picked Cam all the way outta his seat and across the table in two seconds,” said a fan.
Others pondered the legitimacy of the brawl and whether it was a work to build hype for WrestleMania 42.
“Was this part of the plan? Either way, Jey pulled it off,” a user commented.
“The fact we can’t tell this is a skit shows how good Cam is,” another added.

Las Vegas will host WrestleMania 42 this weekend for a two-night event at Allegiant Stadium.
The loaded WrestleMania 42 card features eight championship matches, including a six-man ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship.
Fresh off dropping the tag team titles to The Vision, Jey Uso will compete in a six-man tag match at WrestleMania 42.
Jey will compete alongside LA Knight and his brother, Jey Uso. The talented trio will face off against Logan Paul, Austin Theory and Twitch sensation IShowSpeed. Despite tag team champions Paul and Theory competing in the match, the title belts will not be on the line at WrestleMania 42.
The match will be held on Saturday, April 18, during Night 1 of WrestleMania 42.
