Chris D’Elia holds the title of being Justin Bieber’s favorite comedian.
The respect is mutual. In an interview with VH1, D’Elia said, “I mean he’s been good to me — he tweets about me and tells people to listen to my stuff. So I like that about him.”

1. Chris Has Roasted Justin Before
In December of 2013, D’Elia brought the Biebs onstage at L.A.’s Laugh Factory.
In an interview with Today, D’Elia explained, “Bieber came up to me and he’s like, ‘Hey, man, will you bring me on stage when you’re done with your act — and make fun of me?”
The singer told the comedian, “Look at what I’m wearing! Just make fun of whatever you want!” D’Elia granted Bieber’s request and went on to scoff his outfit, including his jersey. Watch the video above, when Bieber grabs the mike from the comedian.
After that memorable night, Bieber sent this tweet:
2. Chris Was Nervous When He Met Him
In an interview with Conan O’Brien, shown above, he recounted the moment when he met the pop star at the Laugh Factory. The club’s employees told him that Bieber was there to watch him. This led him to do his best work. “I mean the kid’s 18, but he’s also the king…I never performed that hard in my life…I tried really hard, really, really hard.”
Bieber congratulated him at the end of the performance, which made D’Elia get flirtatious and giddy. “It’s impossible to talk to him without flirting,” he said.
3. He Joked About Selena & Beliebers Gave Warning
According to Hollywood Life, part of D’Elia speech includes him saying, “You’re about to get f–ked harder than Orlando Bloom f–ked Selena Gomez.” The website said that Bieber just laughs it off. His fans, however, do not have the same reaction.
Beliebers communicated to D’Elia via social media, and the comedian posted the words of advice he received along with the response he gave them.
