Khloe Kardashian’s Weight Loss 2015

In the past, the Kardashians have been linked to weight-loss pills including QuickTrim and Garcinia, but lately they’ve also been “waist-training.” This basically means wearing a corset to re-shape your body. Over the years, 5’10” Khloe Kardashian has voiced that sometimes she felt self-conscious when haters would call her the ugly or fat sister on the show, but as we all know, Khloe is anything but either one of those. In recent months, Khloe has kicked her exercise regimen into overdrive and posted the above photo on her Instagram with this inspirational caption:

Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don’t get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul. We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone. Remember in the end the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity.

On another photo she shared online, Khloe also revealed:

My fitness journey will be a life long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It’s about being better than you used to be. I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results. Hi baby abs !! I see you!!! I hope to meet your other ab friends soon (yes I’m talking to my muscles. I’ve never met most of them before)

According to ABC News, Khloe now hits the gym about five times a week and her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson told E! News:

Khloe is always trying to get better. She’s not obsessed or a crazy lady about it, it’s just about the work. [She] has her head down. She’s got a steady work ethic and there’s no over analysis.

The news outlet also reports that Khloe uses exercise as a form of therapy for her body as well.

A year ago, Khloe made a comment about losing weight slowly, explaining in an interview that:

If I ate better, I would lose weight faster, but I don’t want to. I love food, and there’s lots of family time with food and your friends. I work out really hard so I can have my champagne and that part of life. I’d rather take longer to lose weight but have fun doing it.

Sounds like her personal chef has been really helping her in accomplishing her weight goals this year. And, it’s clear to see that all those pregnancy rumors circulating about Khloe are absolutely just rumors.
