One of the most adorable movies to grace the Hallmark channel is airing tonight: Eat, Play, Love. Some of the best Hallmark movies feature adorable animals as the co-stars, so this is likely to provide a much-needed heartwarming experience. We absolutely loved seeing Happy the Dog on a recent movie (and hope to see more him!) It will be fun seeing some more cute dogs in tonight’s movie.
The movie will begin tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern/8 p.m. Central.
If you miss it, don’t worry! You can catch it again on Sunday, August 20 at 5 p.m. Eastern, Saturday August 26 at 7 p.m. Eastern, and Sunday August 27 at 1 p.m. Eastern.

The movie stars Jen Lilley as Carly Monroe and Jason Cermak as Dan Landis.

She’s also made appearances on Grey’s Anatomy and will be on Hallmark’s fall movie, Autumn Love.
Jason Cermak’s acting career began when he met Matt Damon while he was filming The Bourne Identity in Prague, where Jason was living. The experience convinced him to train as a professional actor. He’s also been on Hallmark and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movies, including Concrete Evidence: A Fixer Upper Mystery, Framed for Murder, When Calls the Heart, Moonlight in Vermont, Garage Sale Mystery: The Novel Murders, and Murder, She Baked: A Chocolate Chip Cookie Mystery.

She won an Emmy for The Bionic Woman (and was also nominated twice for the Golden Globe for that same role.) She’s also starred in The Paper Chase, Jessie, Supergirl, and many movies.
Additional stars are Lucie Guest as Michelle Landis and Emily Maddison as Kristi Waters. Guest is known for her roles on Orphan Black, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce, and Health Nutz. Maddison has starred on Big Eyes, Power Ranger, and #PopFan.
We also get two adorable pups in this movie. Doesn’t the first cute pup remind you a lot of the dog that starred in The Art of Us?
And this dog, well, we just want to hug him! :)
The synopsis for the movie reads:
A young veterinarian returns to her hometown and realizes that her former high school sweetheart, now engaged to an insufferable diva with whom he plans to move to New York in a month, is the only guy she’s ever really loved. With the urging of his sister, Dr. Carly Monroe has just 30 days to make him see what she sees – that they are perfect for one another.
