Three weeks into the NBA season and most teams are about to hit their tenth game. We take a look at who the best NBA teams have been so far. There is still a lot of basketball left to be played, but we are starting to get a picture of what teams are emerging as good teams. While teams like the Warriors and Cavaliers continue to be good, the Pistons and Timberwolves have been pleasant surprises.
