Jacksonville heads to Nashville this week, to play the Titans and keep their slim playoff hopes alive. The Jaguars are two games behind the Texans and Colts in the AFC South, but meet both in the final five weeks.
For the struggling Titans, they have two more chances to get a home win this season. They enter Sunday on an 11-game home losing streak, the longest active run in the NFL. The record is 14 games, set by the Cowboys in 1989 and tied by the Rams in 2010.
Heading into arguably their biggest game in years, Jacksonville will be without one of their top weapons. After a hard landing against the Chargers, Allen Hurns is still in concussion protocol, and is out for Sunday. Combined with Allen Robinson, the pair have combined for over 1600 yards and 15 touchdowns this season.

Unlike the other three networks that televise NFL games, CBS does not stream its broadcasts on its website or mobile apps, giving viewers limited options when searching for a live stream.

For viewers outside the United States and Mexico, NFL Game Pass International includes every game live online for a fee. The fee depends on country, and you can visit the website for more details.
For fans in the United States, Mexico and surrounding territories, NFL Game Pass Domestic allows replays of games to be watched on demand for a fee of $99.99 for the season. No live games are available under this service, and this game will be available to watch after the completion of the 4 p.m ET games.
