Two of the best teams in Mexico meet in the Clausura semifinal, and although both teams are worthy of advancing, only one can reach the Liguilla final.
America scored a 1-0 victory in the first leg, but must be careful against Mexico’s highest-scoring team in Monterrey. These teams met once this season at Estadio Azteca, playing a wild match to a 3-3 draw.
