Morgan (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bears, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Morgan appears to have aggravated his shoulder injury during Green Bay's practice this week, as he popped up on the Packers' injury report Thursday as a limited participant before being downgraded to a DNP on Friday. Expect Sean Rhyan to take all of the Packers' first-team reps at right guard in Morgan's stead Sunday.
Williams (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Williams got in three limited practices this week after being inactive for Week 10 against the Lions. Williams will look to draw back into the starting lineup versus Chicago. He has 28 tackles (18 solo), one interception and one forced fumble on the season.

Alexander missed Week 10 but looks closer to a return after getting in a round of limited practices this week. The Packers limited Jacobs' practice reps coming out of a bye week but never gave any indication he was in danger of missing Sunday's game. Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks again will be the reserve options, as rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd was diagnosed Friday with appendicitis after missing the previous seven games due to a high-ankle sprain. Regardless, Jacobs is locked in as Green Bay's lead runner, averaging 17.6 carries for 84.7 yards per game, with three rushing TDs and a receiving TD in nine appearances.

Reading between the lines, Lloyd is expected to miss at least two or three more weeks while recovering from surgery to address the appendicitis.

The rookie was previously placed on IR on Sept. 17 due to a high-ankle sprain, and though Lloyd is also being listed with a hamstring issue on Green Bay's injury report, head coach Matt LaFleur said Thursday that a scan on Lloyd's hamstring came back clean, per Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site. At this stage, a decision on whether Lloyd is activated from IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears may hinge on how he looks from a conditioning standpoint in practice after having not played since Week 2. The Packers have Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks on hand as capable depth options behind lead back Josh Jacobs (quadricep), so the team may not have a pressing need to bring back Lloyd this week.
