Besides filming the reality show, Jase Robertson’s wife, Missy, has been busy launching a clothing line and tending to her three children.
Here’s all you need to know about one of the Duck Dynasty women.
1. She Married Jase at 19
Missy and Jase have been married for 23 years and have three children, Reed, 18, Cole, 16, and Mia, 10. She told Christian Chronicle that it’s her faith that keeps her marriage together.
We have a very strong marriage. I think it’s because of the way we were raised and because of our faith. It’s very rare that a couple like Phil and Kay would have four boys and all of them be married to their original wives for as many years as they have been.
When she married Jase, Missy’s dad gave her a piece of advice that she still remembers to this day. She told A&E,
My dad told me that the day I married Jase. He said, “Whatever problems you have with your husband, you better work them out.” It was some of the best advice he ever gave me.

2. She Just Launched a Clothing Line
I’ve never really enjoyed shopping for clothes for myself because I usually ended up so frustrated. However, now that I am on a national television show and am making numerous public appearances, I realized I was very particular in my choice of clothes and in my style.
The Spring Collection debuted this month at Market in Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas, and consists of 55 pieces including dresses, sportswear, light cover-ups, and mix-and-match tops.
3. Her Daughter Had Surgery
As you can see from the picture, the family all came to Mia’s room right before the surgery to wish her luck. The 10-year-old had surgery to treat cleft tissue.
4. She’s a Singer and Involves Her Family in Music
Missy has sung on her church’s praise team for about 22 years. Her family also spends time singing together. She told A&E,
We all love to sing and play the piano, guitar or ukulele, so we spend a lot of time at home messing around with new tunes, working on something for our next performance, or just being silly. Music is a big part of our lives, and we love praising God together at church on Sundays.
5. She’s Religious and Her Kids Attend the Same Christian School She Did
For 13 years, she attended Ouachita Christian School in Monroe, Louisiana, where her mother was a teacher. Now, all three of her children attend her alma mater.
Even though the Robertson family is busy being reality stars, they still make time for church.
Their church, White’s Ferry Road, is very important to them.
She told Christian Chronicle:
A large part of our lives is involved in our church family. That’s not just something we say. It’s not just a card that we punch on Sunday morning. We’re very involved in each other’s lives as brothers and sisters in Christ.
In fact, Missy feels that God is working though the show to bring their faith to others.
Our show appeals to the world. Once we appeal to the world, we can attract them to Jesus, and that means being in the world, but not of the world, just like Jesus said. I hope folks will just be patient with us and really trust that God’s using us in this way.
