6. Lauren Bennett Is From Paradiso Girls

Lauren Bennett is a smoking hot blonde who has a killer voice. Check out her music video “I Wish, I Wish.” Bennett is actually a former member of another girl group put together by Robin Antin – The Paradiso Girls. The group’s debut single was a fun beat called “Patron Tequila,” featuring Lil Jon and Eve in 2009. Bennett has worked with several celebrities and was actually a dancer on the Party Rock tour with LMFAO.

In addition to performing, she models for the brand ViolentLips, is featured on a fitness DVD with Robin Antin, and was featured on Cee Lo Green’s album The Lady Killer.


7. Natasha Slayton Is an Actress As Well

G.R.L. member Natasha Slayton already released her own music prior to joining the group. Have a listen to Slayton’s track “Dare You” in the above audio clip. Slayton is also an actress and has appeared on TV shows including Brother’s Keeper, The Lionhearts, and Jesse.


8. Paula van Oppen Was on So You Think You Can Dance

In addition to being a part of the official PCD burlesque show, Paula van Oppen was on So You Think You Can Dance. 9. Emmalyn Estrada Can Be Seen on the Show Bates Motel

Emmalyn Estrada performs a lot of covers of songs on her YouTube channel, which drives millions of views. Check out this video of Frank Ocean’s “Thinkin’ Bout You”, which has amassed over 3 million views. Estrada has won several singing competitions, has acted in the made for TV movie The Wishing Tree, has been featured in music videos, and has a recurring role on the hit show Bates Motel.


10. Simone Battle Auditioned for The X Factor

Simone Battle actually appeared on The X Factor and auditioned by singing a song of The Pussycat Dolls. Simon Cowell was interested in her as a performer and that she had “massive potential.” LA Reid was underwhelmed. Battle made it to the Top 17 and then was eliminated from the girls category on the show. After leaving, Battle came out with her own music video “He Likes Boys.”
