On this week’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. First, Kim Kardashian is diagnosed with preeclampsia. Later in the episode, Kim calls her sister Khloe and tells her some startling news. Kim develops Toxemia, which affects your blood pressure and causes your liver to shut down. Kim is forced to deliver the baby and can’t seem to get in touch with her mother. Finally, Kris Jenner gets the message of Kim’s emergency and runs right over to Kim’s.

Now, of course, they didn’t show you Kim giving birth or any additional hospital shots with Kanye there, so let’s skip to when Khloe heads over to Bruce’s beach house and gives him all the details, saying how adorable the baby is … She also tells Bruce that Kim didn’t quite get the idea of pushing at first, but eventually got it and out baby North came. When Khloe has a chance to sit down and chat with Kim in front of the cameras, the main topic of conversation is how giant Kim’s breasts have gotten. And, she also talks about her breast pumping and how it doesn’t bother Kanye West at all.

Kim opens up saying that once her body is back in shape, she wants to do Playboy or some kind of public nudity to show off and prove that she’s still sexy. She also opens up about her privacy issues. While she agrees to keep Kanye and her baby more private, she says that she will always be an open book to her fans.
