Nicki Minaj to Perform Sexy ‘Anaconda’ Snake Dance for 2014 VMAs

Nicki Minaj just came out with an insanely hot video for her song “Anaconda” and now she’s going to perform at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. She’s even using a live boa constrictor, but there have been a few snags in rehearsal. According to MTV:

A six-foot-long snake bit a dancer during a Friday afternoon (August 22) rehearsal for Nicki Minaj‘s “Anaconda” performance at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards … The snake, a Dumeril’s boa constrictor named Rocky who has been in the entertainment business for 15 years, bit the woman on the inside of her left arm and was removed from the stage by its handler after the incident.

When the bite occurred, Minaj reportedly ran across stage to make sure the dancer was okay. Though the snake is non-venomous, the dancer was taken to the hospital for medical treatment to assure that the wound would not become infected. The snake handler said that the boa had never had a biting incident prior to this, but MTV reports a different snake will be used in the performance. Hopefully, Minaj’s booty bumping moves will be the only thing causing a stir on stage for the performance.
