On the finale of The Bachelor 2015, Chris Soules brings both women home to meet his parents, Gary and Linda Rae Soules, who have their hands in helping Soules evaluate his true feelings. We got a glimpse at Soules’ parents a couple episodes ago when Soules brought contestant Jade Roper home to a high school football game that his mother and father were attending. On Friday nights, that’s the thing to do in Arlington, Iowa.
Before proposing to his future wife, Soules talks to his dad about his emotional struggle about making a decision and his dad seems to believe his true love is Becca Tilley. Even so, Whitney Bischoff’s emotional talk at dinner wins the family over as well. Soules’ mother sits down for a one-on-one with Tilley and asks her if she’s in love with her son or if she’s ready to get married. Tilley’s answer probably wasn’t exactly what Mrs. Soules was hoping to hear.
The final rose ceremony reportedly takes place at a barn that is owned by Soules’ family and Reality Steve reports the address as 4875 30th St., Lamont, IA 50650. Daily Entertainment News reports that Gary Soules graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture and Agronomy before getting into Agricultural Production, focusing on corn. Clearly, Chris Soules has followed in his dad’s footsteps and it sure has paid off as he has a reported net worth of $1.5 million.
Chris Soules also has three sisters who have appeared on The Bachelor this season to pick out a date for their brother. Their pick was Jade Roper, who made it into the final four.
