Chester Bennington was found hanged inside a home in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County on Thursday, July 20. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Bennington had an estimated net worth of $30 million. The Richest estimates Bennington’s net worth at $25 million.

The singer-songwriter best known as the lead singer of Linkin Park. The rock group released their first album, Hybrid Theory, in 2000. The album was certified Diamond by the RIAA in 2005. Over the past 17 years, Linkin Park sold approximately 70 million albums worldwide. According to The Richest, Hybrid Theory made was the “best-selling debut album for that decade.”

A more recent Linkin Park album, Meteora, “was one of the biggest alternative albums in music history,” according to TMZ.

Over the past several years, Bennington earned money in the entertainment business in other ways.
