Meyer (triceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. Meyer is set to participate in his first game of the season after spending the first 16 weeks on injured reserve. The center will likely be the primary backup to Daniel Brunskill for Sunday's contest.
The Dolphins activated Meyer (triceps) from injured reserve Saturday. Meyer has been confined to injured reserve since late August, and the center will have his first NFL opportunity to suit up in Week 17. The 25-year-old will be a reserve lineman behind centers Aaron Brewer and Daniel Brunskill.
Meyer (triceps) was not activated from injured reserve Saturday and is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Meyer had his 21-day practice window opened Dec. 11 but is not yet ready to come off IR. His next chance to return to the field will come Week 17 versus Tampa Bay on Sunday, Dec. 28.
