Blurred Lines – Vintage "Bluegrass Barn Dance" Robin Thicke Cover feat. Robyn Adele AndersonSee PMJ Live: Following our Postmodern Jukebox performance on GMA (still can't believe that happened), we figured that we should record a studio (read as: "my living room") version of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines"- as an Appalachian Bluegrass – style square dance, of course. Fun fact: Sean Condron (the banjo player) also played with me on the song from the main menu screen in Bioshock Infinite. Also: I attempted to grow an epic beard for this video. The genius musicians over ScottBradleeLovesYa have released another winning, genre-leaping cover. It’s amazing and a testament to how good the composition of the song is when you hear it in a completely different genre. Many people who deride mainstream pop music will simply say that the covers are WAY better than the originals. Fair enough!
