Here is a traditional bread stuffing recipe that is a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving turkey.
You will need:
2 medium onions, diced
4 stalks of celery, peeled and diced
1 loaf of bread, diced (You can use any type of bread of baguette. Stale loaves work better.)
2 cups of milk
1/4 stick of butter
1. Sautee onions and celery at medium heat with butter. Sweat for 10 minutes. Do not brown.
2. In a bowl, add bread.
3. Add celery and onion mixture to bread and add milk. Stir.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
