WATCH: Jimmy Graham Suffers Ugly Leg Injury vs. Steelers

It’s been a disappointing season for Jimmy Graham in his first year with the Seattle Seahawks, and it unfortunately looks like it may be over prematurely.

The talented tight end got tangled up going for a ball in the end zone against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, going to the ground awkwardly and suffering an ugly leg injury in the process. You can see video of the play above.

Graham, who had four catches for 75 yards before the injury, was immediately writhing in pain. His leg was then quickly put into an air cast, and he was carted off the field.

According to Tracy Wolfson of the CBS broadcast, Graham was taken to the hospital, meaning nothing else about his diagnosis is known at this point.

Should the injury prove to be as serious as it appeared, the 29-year-old tight end will end his first year in Seattle with 48 receptions, 605 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games. He has two seasons left on his current contract.
