Comedian and late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon is just one of many celebrities in attendance at the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix this weekend, but his role at the GP is unique as he has been invited into the Red Bull garage as an official guest of the team. Fallon is also filming several segments of his show “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on site of the Miami GP.

During his time in Miami, FL this weekend, Jimmy Fallon has been seen filming for several segments of his show, per People. Fans of “The Tonight Show” will see the manifestation of the Formula 1 crossover on this weekend’s airings of the late night telecast, with additional content expected to be shown on Monday night’s episode.
Beyond filming on-site of the Crypto.com-sponsored GP weekend, Fallon participated in a celebrity-filled Grid Walk hosted by legendary Formula 1 commentator Martin Brundle.

On race day, Jimmy Fallon was seen donning headphones which gave him direct access to Red Bull’s internal race discussions between the race engineers and drivers, Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar. Unfortunately, Hadjar was disqualified ahead of the Miami Grand Prix after a ruling during the Qualifying sessions, an action to which the French driver reacted in a theatrical fashion in his frustration.
The Miami Grand Prix resumes the 2026 FIA Formula 1 season following the cancelations of both the Bahrain Grand Prix and Saudi Arabian Grand Prix race weekends in April 2026 due to rising tensions in the Middle East. The risks of holding the two Middle Eastern Grand Prix races were identified as threats to the safety of F1 personnel and logistical disruptions, reasons which were ultimately cited as determining factors in canceling the April segment of this year’s F1 calendar. Now with the celebrity-packed Miami Grand Prix weekend, fans have expressed enthusiastic support for F1’s return – with stars like Jimmy Fallon being welcomed as team guests on the paddock.
